Mint Chocolate Smoothie


This smoothie might just be the best thing you can consume if you love the flavour of mint as much as I do. Mint and chocolate are a match made in heaven and when combined with F2C Nutrition™ Natural Pharma-Pure (Vanilla) you get 27g of Protein (100% Whey Protein Isolate), L-glutamine, Taurine and the critical cluster of BCAA’s (Iso-leucine, Leucine and Valine).

Enjoy it as a post workout recovery shake or as an afternoon snack.



  • ½ cup chilled peppermint tea
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk substitute (chocolate almond milk)
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 serving F2C Nutrition™ Natural Pharma-Pure (Vanilla)
  • 1 drop organic peppermint extract
  • 3-4 chocolate coffee beans (chopped)



  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients other than the chocolate coffee beans until smooth.
  2. Top with the chopped coffee beans.
  3. Enjoy!
